1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, registering, placing orders or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing
2-1. We sell squishies, fidget buttons and stress‑relief toys. All products are recommended for ages 14 and above, not suitable for children under 14. All product photos are for reference only. Minor differences in colour and texture may occur due to different display screen settings.
2-2. Prices shown on the website do not include shipping fees. Import duties and customs charges for international orders shall be borne by the recipient.
2-3. We reserve the right to adjust product prices and stock levels at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

3. Orders & Payment
3-1. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and an order‑confirmation email will be sent. A binding contract is formed upon our receipt of payment.
3-2. If items are out of stock, we will contact you for product replacement or full refund.
3-3. Order details or shipping address may be modified before shipment. No changes can be made once parcel is dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4-1. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1‑3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery time is indicative only. We shall not be liable for compensation caused by shipping delays.
4-2. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Risk of goods passes to buyer upon collection by courier service.

5. Returns, Refunds & After‑Sales
5-1. We do not offer free returns for personal reasons. Claims are only accepted for manufacturing defects. All defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Late claims will be rejected. Order number and clear photos of product and packaging are required.
5-2. Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be granted for personal reasons including but not limited to personal dislike, unsuitable size or unmet expectation, unless verified manufacturing defect exists.
5-3. Squishies and fidget toys are consumable tactile products. Once opened, these products cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects.
5-4. Claims for damage caused by human error, tearing, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear (such as powder shedding and deformation from compression), or claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
5-5. If manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may offer replacement or full refund at our discretion.

6. Product Usage Disclaimer
6-1. These stress relief toys are recommended for users aged 14 and above. Keep away from children under 14 to avoid choking hazard or skin irritation risk.
6-2. Please keep the product away from sharp objects, high temperatures, and oil stains. Aging, powdering, and deformation after repeated squeezing are normal phenomena and not considered product defects.
6-3. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation or allergy occurs.

7. User Account
If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and ensuring your information is accurate. All orders made via your account are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property
All texts, images and product photos on this website belong to us. No copying, redistribution or commercial usage is allowed without our written consent.

9. Third‑party Links
Our website may contain links to external third‑party sites. We take no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be published on website. Continued use of website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
